Tiramisù Classico
A traditional Italian tiramisù made from a decades-old family recipe originating in the city where it was first created. Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers are folded with a rich mascarpone cream, lightly finished with cocoa. Made with a touch of brandy for depth and warmth, this classic dessert is elegant, airy, and deeply rooted in Northern Italian tradition.
Italian Rainbow Cookies
A beloved Italian-American classic ubiquitous among Italian bakeries in and around NYC. Made with delicate layers of almond sponge cake, raspberry preserves, and rich dark chocolate assembled to represent the Italian flag. Soft, nostalgic, and perfectly balanced between sweet and bittersweet — our rainbow cookies are finished by hand in the traditional style.
Torta Caprese (GF)
A classic flourless chocolate cake from the island of Capri, made with finely ground almonds, rich dark chocolate, and a delicate crumb.
